MyCreditHealth.com Complaint - Horrible Customer Service

First my biggest issue is waiting for someone to answer the phone. I was on hold for approximately 8-12 mins! I called them twice about an issue that I have. However the first call I made they told me to call back with certain information. I retrieved that information and I called again, the customer service was not HELPFUL. I asked to talk to a supervisor and she stated no and actually hang up on me! I would not recommend using this company.

I am trying to get my $29.95 back! However they told me that I can not get it back.
