Ruby Tuesday, Inc. Complaint - Not Professional
SHELBYVILLE, TENNESSEE -- I ate at the Shelbyville TN store last Saturday (May 9). I saw some guy smash a fan on the kitchen floor. It was a crazy thing to observe. It was very unprofessional and made me nervous. I asked the waitress if everything was ok. She told me that he was a regional manager. I was ready to leave after that, but since I had already order I just stayed. My food came out and I proceeded to eat. I started eating my baked potato and bit in to something hard. It was a piece of white plastic from the fan that was smashed on the floor. I could still hear the gut being loud in the kitchen. I find it hard to believe that someone like that is in a management position. He threw a fit like a two year old child and smashed a fan in the floor. Is this what you consider leadership in your company? Is this the example that the other employees are suppose to follow?
I was very offended by the entire experience. They should have respectful, mature, and educated people in management. Not aggressive people who cannot control their emotions and do physical damage. I can only imagine how that made the employees feel. I think is safe to say that this company is headed in the wrong direction.
