British Airways Complaint - Completely Inflexible, Provocative, and A Waste Of My Time
British Airways should be avoided AT ALL COSTS. They've completely ruined my travel plans - and the time I have to spend with my family on a very important day - and will not do anything about it. I've emailed and faxed Willie Walsh, the CEO, and continue to do so 5 times per day. I only started to yesterday, and received a response from ***** in Customer Relations. She called me personally to discuss the matter. I was impressed that they actually responded within 1 day of me starting to fax and email. She left a voice mail saying she was "keen" to talk to me. I though ok, now they might actually do something to help me. However, she called and asked me to explain why I was SO upset with them and then simply repeated exactly what everyone I've talked to in the company has repeated: there's nothing they can do, I need to be more flexible with my schedule.
The audacity to call me up and waste my time when you have no intention of offering and solution or compromise, or even a coupon for further travel, NOTHING, is absolutely the most destructive thing any corporation as ever done to me.
This company is truly not worth the spit from my mouth as I sling insults at them.
