Budget Pet Care Complaint - Warning Budget Pet Care does not deliver
On April 3rd I ordered flea treatment for my cat and to date I have yet to receive either the product or my refund. After 4 phonecalls and 4 emails (which I have not gotten a response to) I still have not been able to get a straight answer from anyone I speak to when I call. The line just keeps ringing or goes to a busy signal. I have been told my order has been shipped on two different dates by two different people and that "someone should have called to tell me there was a delay with my order due to insufficient stock and they're sorry". I am tired of waiting for the product so I finally gave up and cancelled the order to be told I would see an immediate refund into my account. While it's day two and still no refund. You would think they would be a little more customer service oriented and communicate with each other or at least note the system(account for future reference)but I guess this is what you get for trying to save a little money.
