Staples Complaint - My Experience With Staples, Their Customer Service And What They Sell You
HOPE MILLS, NORTH CAROLINA -- I ordered online from staples. Com a brother fax machine, I got it, I only had it now for 2 moths, and I only used this machine to print out ten pages, if that.... Well, I called the 800 number to staples, and I emailed customer service at staples, no one there was able to help me, b/c now my ribbon says it is empty. They did inform me, that the company might have sent a half full ribbon, and there was nothing they could do.... That to me is wrong, they said I couldn't get my refund for two reasons: 1) don't have the box, and 2) it has been longer then 14 days.... My opinion, is why is staples selling these fax machines, if they know it is only half of a ribbon in them?? They don't tell you that when you buy fax machines.... I like many other people this has happened to, probably feel ripped off, I know I do......I paid for a fax machine to work properly, I paid for the ribbon that came with it, and they sold it to me, I paid for that ribbon to be full, and only get 10 pages that is a rip off.
And now I find out that they are selling it with half ribbons......... That is unfair... And I have them emails where they said there wasn't nothing they can do, yeah right there is several things they could do to fix it, but they chose not to, and that is why they are going to lose business, is b/c they don't put their customers first.........
