Quest Phone Company Complaint - Quest Phone Company Ripped Me Off For $300.00

After telling me they can save me money I was duped into a three-year contract. Three months later when I need to make a change of service on just one line I am sent a cancellation bill for $300.00. I have been a customer for 6 years and I still subscribe to two additional lines but do they care or value me as a customer. NO!

They would rather get the $300.00 and make me a very unsatisfied customer. I will for sure now cancel all services when I can.

That early cancellation fee is on the contract you signed. You agreed to the terms and conditions but like many people you want them to "bend" the rules for you.
