Air Canada Complaint - Air Canada's Policies = Ridiculous
WINNIPEG -- I am not an angry person, and very rarely do I complain about any kind of service I receive no matter how bad it may be. However, I am fed up with Air Canada. Instead of retyping my story, I will paste the complaint that I sent to Air Canada a few minutes ago.
I will no longer be flying Air Canada to any future destinations. The policies that Air Canada support are ridiculous and unwarranted. I purchased a ticket and decided that I wouldn't need to change the time of the flight. Well, something has come up so that has become an issue. I understand that this couldn't be done for free, but I was willing to pay to change the time, plus if the price of the flight was more expensive I would pay the difference. But is this possible? No. Why? Policy. Ok fine. Can I cancel my flight and get part of the money back? No. Even if I will not be taking the flight, the company won't cancel it. Sorry to those who will be waiting on the plane while my name is being paged, only to realize I will not be on the plane. Fine. Can I transfer the ticket to another individual since there is absolutely no way I will be taking this flight? No. The tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
I will be sure to tell my family, friends, and co-workers about the experience I have had with Air Canada. You can be sure that it will not be a positive feedback I will be sharing.
