Walts Auto Care in Renton Complaint - Don't Trust Walts Car Care

RENTON, WASHINGTON -- First of all, it took them a week, when they said it would be 3 days. When I picked up my vehicle, the manager showed me a pan of extremely dirty oil and claimed that it came from my truck, and I needed to return after 1,000 miles to change the oil again. (I had the oil changed 2 weeks before taking it to them). Then two weeks after wards, the check engine light started coming on. When I called, they claimed they weren't responsible for other things that went wrong, even though they were the ones that worked on the engine. I'm not even sure they did the work they claimed to, because I am hearing noise from the engine, and it will cost me too much to have someone open it up to verify they did the work. In addition, the mechanic said one of his friends had the same vehicle. Now I wonder if there wasn't a little switching around parts between vehicles.

Maybe that is why it took so long to finish, and I started having problems that I didn't have before I took it in. Do not go there!!!!!!!!!! In addition, I found that one of their stores has an F rating with the BBB!
