From you flowers.com Complaint - Agree Horrible Company

Second time with them. Ordered flowers a few months ago to be delivered to someone in the hospital, was a day late and wilted. They did send out new flowers.
Benifit of the doubt, thought they just got a bad company to deliver.
No it is this company. Oredered flowers for my daughter, paid extra to expedite the order and have it delivered with in four hours. Didn't happen. Only reason I know is that I told her something would be coming. Sent in an inquary as to what was happening and the email said I would be answered in 1 hour. That was 4 days ago. Still waiting. Never answered any of the emails and the 800 line I could get thru on.
They took my money right away. Reported them to the BBB, got my money back. still no answer from them as to why.

Hi! where did you report them? cause i still haven't received my money back 10 days after I cancel my order!
they are simply horrible!

I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, and I sent emails with my order number twice a day demanding my money back. I got my money back the day that I reported to the BBB. Go to BBB.com and ..The address for them is Address: From You Flowers, LLC

State to them that you are going to contact the BBB.
You can't let up with these guys. They are horrible.send many emails like I did, WeCare@FromYouFlowers.com I know they send the orders to local florist, but they
must look for the cheepest. Makes you wonder how many people have gotten screwed by them and don't know it.
