From you flowers.com Complaint - Agree Horrible Company
Second time with them. Ordered flowers a few months ago to be delivered to someone in the hospital, was a day late and wilted. They did send out new flowers.
Benifit of the doubt, thought they just got a bad company to deliver.
No it is this company. Oredered flowers for my daughter, paid extra to expedite the order and have it delivered with in four hours. Didn't happen. Only reason I know is that I told her something would be coming. Sent in an inquary as to what was happening and the email said I would be answered in 1 hour. That was 4 days ago. Still waiting. Never answered any of the emails and the 800 line I could get thru on.
They took my money right away. Reported them to the BBB, got my money back. still no answer from them as to why.
