GNS Inc. Complaint - GNS Inc. Beware ! - Health supplements acaiberry

Review by pattyrose on 2009-05-14
ARVADA, COLORADO -- This organization could not be worse. They have no 800#, so you sit at least 45 minutes on your dime, while waiting for someone to help you - unless you cut off and have to start over. I order the free sample and paid shipping $3.97. This item was used by my husband and I and we found by the time we had used up the free sample, we were not impressed. It came with literature stating you will get another shipment totaling $79 if you don't cancel. So I cancelled and got a cancellation number. After 3 45 minute waits. So I get billed on my credit card for the $79.90. I disputed the amount and the situation. GNS says you have to return unused product for a cancellation to be legitimate. Well, how does that work? You use it, are not enthused and how do you return? Without a return, no credit. I am being billed for the free sample, not the next shipment. Because I did not return the unused free sample and cancel, there can be no cancellation and they charge you for the full amount of what the free sample would have cost..$79.90. Stay away -a crook is a crook is a crook.

GNS...are you here to help the consumers, or are you just thinking this is a clever way for free advertising? I suggest you delete everything after your first paragraph, otherwise the entire comment will get deleted.

GNS has been contacted by BBB on my behalf. GNS keeps saying that there is a difference between a free sample and a free trial. Not in any dictionary I can find. Free is free, especially if you cancel and have the authorization in hand. These people could not be any more crooked - there are complaints about them all over the internet. Very deceptive advertising and absolutely no ethics.
