Handhelditems.com Complaint - Completely Incompetent
I attempted to order from this company earlier today. Due to the poorly designed order process, I was informed that my billing address (correct) did not match the one for my card. After 3 attempts, I contacted my bank and was informed that I was charged 3 separate times. I had to wait till about noon to reach someone at their company and then was talked over in a very condescending tone and informed that I don't even have an order, yet they have my money (x3). I now have to wait 6 days to see if they were so kind as to replace my money.
