ComEd Complaint - ComEd is bad business
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- I was disconneted from ComEd on a payment plan. They disconnected me due to a transfer from a bill which was not explain to me. Of course, it made my bill higher. Due to economy I lost my job so things were hard but I made the payments. We haven't had service for 2days. CEDA/LIHEAP has offered to help I got approved and Ms/Mrs. Sharisse Marwar executive supervisor will not let CEDA do an electronic payment to my bill to restore service. I have 3 children and a drain in the basement without electricity can get backed up!! This serivce is a joke! ComEd do not want to help people nor do they want us accepting help from an organization like CEDA to assist us in need. Be careful of that supervisor and even working with ICC they are in it together they are not for the people! ITS AN OUTRAGE AND FAMILIES ARE SUFFERING!!
