T-Mobile Complaint - Contract and Plan Violations
ASHEVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA -- T-Mobile changed my plan without my knowledge. That resulted in charges in excess of $1000.00. I called, they apologized and assured me the error would be corrected and my plan would be fixed. My phone was then disconnected. I called again! T-Mobile apologized again. My account was credited back over $1000.00. I thought GREAT. I receive another bill weeks later with the same problem. I am now being told that eventhough T-Mobile broke their contract with me and caused my phone to be disconnected because of their error, I MUST PAY 60% more for the same services that I have had for years. Their explanation was that my service had been restarted and fees change. All of this was T-Mobile's error. I caught the error early. Sorry they said we'll fix it. Then disconnection. I am a business owner and under contract for every job. What makes T-Mobile think they have the right to change your plan without your knowledge and then never fix things. I think that all these people who have the same problem with T-Mobile should band together and file a nationwide formal suit. During this time of recession, I'm sure T-Mobile would "enjoy" having to pay millions because they wanted to get out of their contracts or simply just change them for their financial gain. Three weeks and still waiting for T-Mobiles call.
