DirecTV Inc Complaint - I quit DIRECTV - VERY POOR SERVICE
ALLENSTOWN, NEW HAMPSHIRE -- No service, searching for satelite for hours at a time. When the weather is rainy, windy, snowy, foggy, and even when the sun was out, we have no service. The picture would freeze up, go gray, then blank. and the bill is $76.00 per month. GREAT DEAL!
We called & called to have our DirecTV-Dish check. They just gave us a bunch of tips to do for better connections. Spray this with that, tighten the nuts, check to see if the dish was loose. When I asked to have a tech come out to check the whole system they said "We will have to charge you a fee of $49.95". I felt I have been paying for service that I have not received and your charging me a tech service fee? GET REAL! Our bill kept coming, We kept complaining that we couldn't watch our TV. We told them if it was only one TV that we were havning trouble with, we could understand, BUT it was all three. Even the HD that we just purchased.
We gave them a try but after two years of this VERY POOR SERVICE, We are calling it QUITS.
We have reached our limits.
We made payment every months for a service that we could not use because it was search for the satelite.
So,, On Monday May 18th, we have an appointment to have Comcast brought back to our home for everything TV, PHONE, & NET SERVICE.
So If anyone is thinking of getting DIRECTV Please don't even waste you time with this service.
VERY POOR SERVICE.
