Complaint - is Terrible!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It's been a week since I ordered my flowers for Mother's Day, and they still haven't arrived. I've left two messages on their machines, talked to customer service twice, and dealt with their "live" chat on their website. Still no flowers and no refund! I'm disgusted; don't waste your time and money -- go somewhere else.

Dispute the charges with your credit card company.
