Disneyland (California) Complaint - Few Guests but long lines
CALIFORNIA -- I just read an identical complaint so I will repeat the same and add my aditional 3 cents. It took 90 MINUTES from the time we arrived at the parking garage to even enter the park.
We waited at least 30 minutes to pay the $12 for parking. Then we waited in a line to park our car. Then we waited for the tram. Then we waited at least 30 minutes to pay to get in. Then we waited to have our day packs searched.(there were hundreds of people in line and only 4 entry 'gates' open with 6 closed, unattended. For the sake of paying a few people litle wages, they make tons of paying customers stand in the hot sun. Then we waited to go through the gates and enter the park. When I asked why the parking structure was the only lot open (which is also the furthest away) they said they were going to use the Lion King parking lot for adding on to California adventure. It was an intact parking lot and no sign of future construction. I hate to be lied to by some employee who has been told what to say if asked.
