HomeAnnex Complaint - BEWARE! - HomeAnnex - SCAM!
Don't give HomeAnnex any of your business, that is if they are still in business. I normally don't write reviews. I am so outraged, that I feel compelled to warn others of the blatant bad business practices that I have experienced with HomeAnnex.
I have been doing business with HomeAnnex over the past 8 years. I have recommended them repeatedly. I have never run into the difficulties with any company, let alone HomeAnnex, in trying to get ANY type of RESPONSE to an inquiry. I attempted to place an order on line. I was contacted by a sales representative to finalize the order. After a day or two, the representative informed me that the card was declined (this was a client's card so I couldn't verify) To make a long story short, we decided to buy locally. However, the card was charged, $3,051.00 to be exact (declined card remember?)Of course, the order was never placed and now no one will answer the phone or repeated emails. The toll free number is DISCONNECTED, all of the call extensions go directly into voice mail, if you hold for sales (being sneaky) you hold for at least 20 minutes being told that you have only 17, 9, 5, 1 more minutes in the queue only to finally get dumped into a voice mailbox.
We are going to deal with credit card company directly to dispute the charge. Now my client has to deal with a company that they never did business. What a waste of time. Worse yet, there is little I can do to help other than supplying the information that I have from email correspondence.
Thanks HomeAnnex for your lack of professionalism in an industry that is struggling in this difficult economic environment!
My advice, don't give HomeAnnex or any of her affiliate web site companies any of your hard-earned money.
