Blair Complaint - Blair Stole My Birthday (Gift)

Review by trailertrash on 2009-05-20
I think it is pretty bad when a person goes through all the trouble of making a gift exchange and then the purchaser gets credit and the person for whom the gift was intended gets nothing. It was not my fault that the item was too big. I filled out the paperwork and enclosed a note, both requesting an exchange. I would not trouble my 82 year old mother with this, but she went to the trouble to try to get me a birthday present and instead I get nothing. Her account was credited for the purchase so I know it got back there, but apparently my letter and the forms enclosed with it got tossed.

When I called to check on the exchange I verify all the details and find out about the credit, then get transferred to customer service and all they will do is credit the shipping from MY recent order back to me...and what I sent back cost far more than 4.99... well that in my opinion is not customer service.

Happy No Birthday present to me!!!

That's just kind of the way it works. Tell your mama you need a happy b'day!

Everything always get credited back to the original form of payment.
