Intuit Complaint - Defective Software - Quickbooks 2008 Pro
Over a period of two months, we have been trying to make Quickbooks 2008 Pro store data we enter in the item list. We make entries, turn off the computer, and when we come back some of the entries are gone.
I have engaged a Quickbooks Pro Adviser, talked with Quickbooks tech support, allowed tech support onto my computer, verified that the problem is not with my network, entered and re-entered the data--all without success.
Today I spent another hour on the phone with Intuit tech support, asking them to replace the defective software. After wasting an hour of my time, the tech supervisor refused to provide new software unless I allowed him to AGAIN trouble shoot my software.
I thanked "Rex" for his help and hung up. The moral of the story is that Intuit doesn't stand behind its software.
