PENNSYLVANIA -- I had been a customer of blair.com for many years even before they went on the internet. Had may a good transaction with them until about a year ago. Ever since they've become very unreliable. My last several orders were backordered for up to 6 months and finally cancelled. I only allowed them to make me wait because of previous experience with the company. But they've become more than unreliable. They are dishonest. Sent my credit card info to a third party who began charging my account without my permission for some sort of fee of $14.95 per month. I got that reversed. But beware. You may not realize the reason for the charge until it's too late.
Plus the customer service is a bunch of nast wet hens who belittle you and try to make you feel bad for asking questions. Not nice people anymore. Must have gone through some ownership change.
