Orbitz Complaint - Hidden Charges - Horrible Customer Service
Never never will I use ORBITZ again.
I have bought a vacation travel for 5 in an all inclusive resort where children under 12 stay and eat free but Orbitz ended up charging me full price for a 6 year old and an 11 year old and claim that was the hotel room price at that point in time which is complete BS.
Customer Service is rude, I got one hang up and was on hold for 30 min to speak with a supervisor and after 30 min wait was told that I will be called back as the issue needs more investigation.
Now you would assume that after spending over 6k with them they would show more customer respect but don't expect it from ORBITZ.
Oh and Price Assurance they claim is total BS. They do not honor that giving you various excuses.
