AT&T Cable Services Complaint - Customer Service
CALIFORNIA -- I can fill many pages with my experiences with AT&T customer service and their equipment,. But I will make it short and to the point.
The DVR and cable boxes have been replaced With equipment that has the same problems. Sometimes you get a service tech that is knowledgeable and will admit that its a problem that can not be fixed. But most often you get some one that acts dumb and says I don't know to about all your questions. This particular problem is the audio continues to cut out up to 10 seconds at a time. This is an annoying problem that won't go away. I have spent hours and days on the phone with tech support to no avail.
Their customer service for billing is a nightmare. The reason that customer service can treat their customers so poorly or make promises that they never intend to keep is AT&T'S policy is that they never put anything in writing so the customer can never prove what was promised.
