DirecTV Inc Complaint - Deceptive Sales Tactics
On may 2009 order new service told I could get another receiver from installers at time of installation. Found out installer does not carry equipment on trucks and have to pay $100.00 for HD receiver. sales agent did not tell me there would be a charge.
They advertise customer satisfaction an cancelled order for $100 mistake they made. 3 1/2 hrs trying to solve problem. Good luck if you go this route.
