Alaska Airlines Complaint - Rude Associates, and fake complaint #
SEATTLE, WASHINGTON -- I was basiclly told tonight, that I should of leaned over the large passenger and told the stewardess that I was being squished in my seat. And would like to move.
I was so shocked that I told her that,that comment was very rude and that my Mama tought me better than that! Her comment was then thats your problem. So basiclly if you dont put yourself in a law suit, by making a rude comment. Then you dont get heard.Plus the nice large lady told me that she just changed her seat an hour before her scheduled flight.With no charge.
My company paid for the flight, full price.
I was charged $126.00 to change my return flight TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE! I comfirmed the night before.
And since I didnt get to sit in my seat in comfort.Just 1/2, I was basically BUMP off. And put off by a company that dont care. I compained as soon as I got off, so they shuttled me off down the terminal, again I was shuttled off with a phone # that does not work nor when you off work. Infact if this number works its till 3:30pm. So I am gonna let as many people know how rude this Airline is. (Infact I did not mention what esle she said I should of said on the plane about this situation) It was rude. Flat out Rude.
By the way the Company that sent me on the Airline will get a copy of all of the messages I send. They happened to have handled 600 plus clients on a convention for our company. And if they knew who our spokeswoman was, their gonna ----. Cuz she a large woman.And she just lost about 100 lbs!
