OHIO -- At the beginning of April this year, I decided to sell my '92 SL300 and buy a newer model. After searching locally and on the internet - I called Sam Abbas at Luxury Motors - Chicago about a car I saw. That car was sold but I was directed to their Las Vegas store where there was a 2003 SL500. That car fit my criteria for color, mileage etc. and after talking to Sam & a Las Vegas representative I made the purchase. I frequently buy products on the internet but this was the first time I made such a major purchase - without actually seeing the vehicle in person- ultimately, I trusted Sam & the Vegas representative that the car was in pristine condition.
When the car was delivered to me in Ohio, I was dismayed to find there was body damage to the front bumper, door rocker panel and some paint chips and scratches.
I contacted Sam and sent photos of the damaged areas. The next day I received a call from Sam and Bryan Waggoner at Corporate. They arranged to pick up the car, offered me a loaner car and assured me the car would be repaired to the excellent condition that represents Luxury Motors.
I own my own company and know while oversights can occur - you are only as good as your word.
The car was promptly picked up and returned within two weeks. The car is in excellent condition - beautiful. They also provided a new owners manual and keyless go card which were missing.
I am completely satisfied with the prompt professional service I received from Bryan & Sam along with Nick Chapin from their service department. I have the car I intended to buy and will not hesitate to call Sam for my next vehicle and recommend Luxury Motors to my friends and family.
