In Town Suites Complaint - InTown Suites - 1621 Bell Rd, Nashville, TN

Review by riggse on 2009-05-25
NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE -- This is absolutely the worst hotel experience in my long history of hotels. Not only are the staff of this establishment rude, they look scary and unprofessional. The grounds are disgustingly dirty. The rooms stink like mold, the laundry room smells like something died there and between the drunks beating on my door at 3:00 am and the large gatherings at the doorways of various rooms. Id say the client they attract are shady at best. I will strongly recommend that if you can afford any place else... Go else where. Your complaints will be ignored. The staff will argue and insult you. The security is something of a joke. If the word security can even be used here. My wife was being harassed by a drunk here and called the "security" officer to have him dealt with, he asked us to call the police. This place is no better than a project in the hood. I have been here 6-7 months and am on the verge of pulling my hair out...I have another month to go before I can leave this crap hole.

Do yourself a favor. If your a social service basket case. Ie disability, welfare, foodstamp etc etc. And you can't find a place to stay, Intown Suites is your place. If you at all have a life, this place is a plague upon mankind and should be investigated by the police and social services.

Thanks for the post. I often wondered about this chain. They look like a single match could burn them down too. I've had success with getting weekly rates from most any hotel chain, when staying for an extended period.
