Ashley Furniture Complaint - Buyer Beware!!!!!
FT WORTH- HULEN, TEXAS -- I don't know where to start. First they ordered the wrong furniture. When I went to the warehouse to pick it up it was the wrong color and wrong style so I didn't accept it and went back to the store to my sales person. He wouldn't even look me in the eye because he knew he ordered the wrong furniture so he sent a woman from customer service to talk with me. I told her that the wrong furniture was ordered and showed her what I had paid for, she then said that that living room suite was $115 more, at the time I ordered and paid they were the same and I had the card to prove it. She then said if it was sent back I had to pay almost 40% which was around $500 and the $115 more. I refused the furniture. A week later I was called and told if I didn't pick up the furniture my credit card was being debited almost $600.I called and sure enough it was in their contract, so I got the furniture. What pieces of CRAP. Six weeks after I got them home the cushions were crushed down. They replaced the bottom cushions and now they are crushed down again and the springs pop every time someone sits down.
Most people would rather sit on the floor because the furniture is so uncomfortable. It's the worst piece of junk I have ever bought CHEAP MADE CRAP!!!!Customer service that specialize in rip offs. Once that contract is signed I hope you brought your own vaseline.
