H.P.-Philippines Complaint - Guarantee - Laser Printers

I contact you as a last instance, for help.
When I was in Belgium, 15 years ago, I bought a H. P. printer, and they gave me a written guarantee of two yours.
Then I settled in De Philippines, where a bought a black en white laser printer, and shortly afterwards a color laser printer. However, I was really disappointed, because are black and white printer stopped working after less than 6 months. A helper brought the printer to Manila for repair. H. P. however said, the printer could no more be repaired, and I better buy a new one (for a special(?) price. The worst is coming: I had bought also a color laser printer. It stopped working after 2 months (the original cartridges are still inside. I informed H. P Manila (I was afraid to let in bring there (the black and white printer is still with them, after more than 2 years.
For the color printer, they asked information about date of buying, the number of the printer, etc. Than silence, even after I asked several more times, what was there decision. Two months, and no guarantee, is that normal politics of H. P.?
I checked H. P. advertisements in the local newspapers, and they mention never, that their products have a guarantee, even products of more than a million pesos.
The worst follows: when I bought the printer, I bought also 4 reserve cartridges. I asked H. P. to at least take that back. No answer.
What can you do? I always thought, H. P. was a serious company. I bought afterwards another laser color printer of another brand, much, much cheaper. That one works still fine, already more than 10 times linger as the H. P. did.
You are my last hope, to repair my opinion about H. P.
