Decor 66 Complaint - Decor 66 - Home Annex etal

BROOKLYN, NEW YORK -- Never recd my order, never recd any answer to my emails about the status of my order and when I tried to call customer service all I got was a machine saying the office was closed even though I was calling during business hours. Finally got through at 718-506-9359 after weeks of trying, but I snuck through on the Sales Department instead of customer service. The person in the Sales Department said that their phones have been down for 4 weeks - yeah, so how come I could get through to her ON THE SAME NUMBER????? Not to mention, if the phones were down, I'd get the Phone Company recording, not the voice mail. Anyway, long story short, she said my order had not shipped and she would have my account credited and would send me an email to that effect. I made sure she had my email address which she did. So far, no email. My debit card was, of course, debited immediately when I placed my order weeks ago so I just contacted my bank, Wells Fargo, and they told me to come in and file a fraud complaint and I should get my money back in 7 - 10 business days. I recommend everyone does this instead of trying to deal with this company.

Save yourself the frustration and then put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Kings County, NY.
