Sears Informative - Never again at Sears
I have been a good customer to Sears for many years and even my Father before me. I have spent hundreds, No thousands at there store. So now I am sad to say absolutely no more. I admit that I was late on my payment, but I was unaware because of the mail system overseas. Now instead of working with me they closed my account and destroyed my credit. The sad part is I would have paid the bill as soon as I got notified, in fact I did just that as soon as I finally got something in the mail I paid it completely.
If this is how Sears treats loyal customers I think they are in real trouble.
