Dish Network Complaint - Back to Cable - Dish Network, Billing, and Non-English Speaking Cu
NORTH CAROLINA -- When contacting Dish, I speak English, I prefer English speaking customer service, I understand them, they understand me -- Not W DISH. I like paying for a product when I am using the product, but if you do not provide me with service then I do not provide you w payment, seems fair and logical. NOT W DISH. When I want to watch TV, I want channels that are clear and visible -- NOT W DISH. When I want to be talked down to, spoken to as a child, punished because I chose not to continue service after 2 yr contract is up, but still being billed by DISH. Customer Service Reps are rude, uncaring and most often you can't understand them speaking. SO today I went back to cable. Cheaper now, asked if I wanted English, pressed # 1 and got a honest to goodness ENGLISH speaking person. Now if I was of forgein origin and needed a forgein language, I could choose from the list and speak to that person.
DISH gets 2 thumbs down from us and we will tell everyone we know how disresptible they are.
