Total Protect Home Service Complaint - Total Protect Home Service-RIP OFF CHAMPS

Review by sixluv on 2009-05-28
IOWA -- Plain and simple. DO NOT do business with this company. They will not cover any appliance problems, their agreement is designed for their benefit ONLY. The consumer is in a no-win stiuation with this agreement. Country-Wide, now Bank of America, needs to NOT do any business with this company.

Total Protect's warranty reads: In order for us to cover a product defect the following rules appy. 1.) The product must have been delivered to your home on the back of a diseased Yak. 2.) You agree to leave the product in its original, unopened box during the entire time of the warranty (we will include take out menu's and laundrymat locations and coupons.) 3.) If a product defect is noticed, You may not notify us about it via mail, email, telephone, or any known means of communication. Our customer service phone number changes hourly via a confidential algorithm and if you can crack the code, we will talk to you only during the year of the goat.
