Ez Slide Door Complaint - Company Took The Money & Ran

FLORIDA -- On APR 25, we paid $260 for a custom screen door to be ordered & installed on our slider door. We were told the screen would be installed on APR 28. The employee refused to take a credit card, insisting on check or cash and payment up front. We paid by check. It is now may 28 and we still do not have our screen door. Repeated calls to the business have gone unanswered & unreturned. This company's ads claim "fast friendly service you can trust" & "we never leave a customer unsatisfied". Obviously they do not abide by their claims.

If they wouldn't take a credit card, I wouldn't give them any business.

try contacting the attorney general, they handle cases like this. also, it would be requested for you to make a police report.
