Sprint Compliment - Change of Pace - Sprint Customer Service
I read the reviews from several websites about different cellular companies and one thing holds remarkably true; you can't always please everyone. I see the complaints thrown around and most of the time these days its user error, something they did to screw it up but want to quickly blame someone else because hey they went outside there means and screwed it all up. Immaturity is such a rising trend amongst Americans I think its ridiculous I see it every damn day. I actually have Sprint and will continually praise them since I enlisted there services one an a half years ago now. I know that up until a cpl years ago that there retention and customer service was horrible but to continually complain is ignorance. What is most interesting is I read reviews about Verizon and AT&T or T-Mobile and all the complaints are the same.
Every person is going to experience something at one point in time they do not agree entirely with, and to be completely honest it takes you the consumer being patient, considerate, and cool throughout any trying process and if you remain that way you have no idea how happy you will be in the end. When you become rash, irate and begin blaming the problems on a particular individual who works for a company your not going to get very good customer service. Sprint is by far making leaps and bounds against Verizon, there phones are more capable as they are not restricted or locked, they have SERO and Simply Everything plans that neither AT&T or Verizon can compare to. They are cheaper and offer a much more substantial customer service then either. Being a past customer of AT&T and Verizon, I have to say overall that I have had more appreciation for Sprint as a company, they have handled any issues I have ever had promptly and politely, and even when the economy took it toll on me and I lost my job they were understanding.
I think that if everyone would just be a little more patient with any situation maybe things would be better...maybe.
