Elite Extreme Complaint - Ughh, Elite Extreme!

In February of 09, I ordered two cell phone cases with clips, and protective covers. One of them arrived a few weeks later, and on the invoice was handwritten that one of the cases was "on back order". I gave them a few weeks and began to email inquiring about the status of my order with no response. It is now almost June 09, and still no cell phone case! I have sent countless emails, faxed a copy of my invoice with a not so nice letter, and tried to call countless times. When I call, I am put on hold only to wait for centuries only to be hung up on without ever talking to someone. In short, I want my case or my money back! NOW

Frankly I am surprised you got even one of the things that you ordered. This company has defrauded quite a few people.

It would be worth a shot to contact your credit card company, however it may be too late to put the charge into dispute.

I also had a problem with an order from Elite Xtreme. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Order from someone else.

Can't even get to a web site to contact them. Been waiting for cell cover for 3wks now.
