Elite Extreme Complaint - Ughh, Elite Extreme!
In February of 09, I ordered two cell phone cases with clips, and protective covers. One of them arrived a few weeks later, and on the invoice was handwritten that one of the cases was "on back order". I gave them a few weeks and began to email inquiring about the status of my order with no response. It is now almost June 09, and still no cell phone case! I have sent countless emails, faxed a copy of my invoice with a not so nice letter, and tried to call countless times. When I call, I am put on hold only to wait for centuries only to be hung up on without ever talking to someone. In short, I want my case or my money back! NOW
