McDonald's Corporation Complaint - Sprayed By Sprinkler, Ignored By Manager
MAPLE GROVE, MINNESOTA -- I stopped at a McDonalds in Maple Grove, MN on a Sunday afternoon around 3:00. I was in a hurry, so I went to the drive-thru. There were oscillating sprinklers very close to where you place your order. While I was trying to order, I had to close my window twice, as I was getting soaked. There was water all over my face, and inside my car. Not just a little bit of water, it was spraying directly into my window. I gave up on trying to order and went to the window. I told the guy there that I wasn't finished ordering, but couldn't because I was getting sprayed with water. Since my order was placed late, I had to pull forward and wait for it. The person who brought it out appeared to be the shift manager. I told him that people were being sprayed by the sprinklers. He responded by saying, "Oh yeah?" He then smiled, chuckled, and walked back inside. It was bad enough to be soaking wet, but I was enraged when the manager failed to act.
He obviously didn't care, but I don't think he even recognized that it was a problem. I am completely disgusted and will be posting this complaint on every website I can find.
