Stoner Compliment - Easily Removes Tree Sap From Windshield!

Review by Arlene on 2009-05-31
LACEY, WASHINGTON -- The Stoner Company is out of Quarryville, PA and they make a fantastic window cleaner. Our truck is parked under some fir trees, and the windshield was heavily dripped on from the sap in the trees... Starlord tried several things and it wouldn't touch the sap, just made it harder to see through.

I went out this afternoon with the Invisible Glass Cleaner and a few sprays and a terrycloth rag...the sap was gone and I really didn't have to put any effort into it, it came right off!....I think before we go anyplace though, I want to put a bit of the window cleaner on a rag and wipe the wipers off....they are kind of glued to the windshield!!

Our son says its available at most auto parts stores and any truck stop. I think it was $5.89 and its a 22 ounce bottle that we bought last August and I still have about 1/4 of a bottle left! It doesn't take much at all and it dries streak free. UPDATE: its $3.47 at Wal-Mart!

Nice review crystal. I wonder if that stuff would work on IRS agents? I've got a few stuck on my windshield.

Nice review! We park under oak trees and have pollen, sap and the like all over the windshield in almost all seasons. I'll look for this product.

VH, will check it out. This time of year I have a tree that does a number on my truck.

Glad I was able to help some, we weren't sure what we were going to do either and I figured that the worse that could happen is that it wouldn't work, and it wouldn't hurt the glass! Worked like a charm, so I want to get a bottle to keep in the truck permanenty.
