Centennial Wireless Cell Phone Failure Company Complaint - Centinnial Wireless: Employing Multitudes of Underinformed, Rude & Misleading Fancy Fliers

LAFAYETTE, LOUISIANA -- My mother & I have a plan with Centennial Wireless. I have tried various branches throughout the Lafayette LA area to avoid staff that is uninformed, emotionless, rude and disruptive.

Apparently in order to become employed with this company you must represent all of the above negatives, and then you are hired.

My mother now has a broken Nokia phone, that she has only had for less than a year. No offer of replacement, no discount, no refurbs, only costly upgrades that there would be no way my mom could figure out how to use.

There is no friendliness, no helpful suggestions and frankly you feel as though you are bothering them the minute you pass through their doors.

When my contract ends, I will gladly pay extra and talk to someone from another country when needing assistance & choosing another cell phone company, rather than deal with these moronic rude people.
