WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA -- This is the second time I have done business with Homeannex.com The first was fine, the second horrible. I placed an order for some special lights (they had the best price) my order was placed on March 11, 2009 and according to the website they were in stock. A month later I still did not have my lights, so I started calling. I got someone one time who called me back and said there was a delay from the manufacture but they were on their way. By May 1st I still did not have them so I called every single extension in the company until I got someone named ***** he had the order cancelled and then told me that I had to "wait" until the Controller came back to get my refund! I called the controller ****** and he fed me a line of bull but did say he would process the refund. Now it is June 1st still nothing! Now the original 800 is disconnected and no one picks up their extensions.

This company is bogus and needs to be taken down. I have never dealt with such a horrible company! I am dealing with my bank now to recover the money but I am also reporting the the BBB and the Kings County DA! I hope they go down!
