Complaint - Falsely Bills Its Customers

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA -- I renewed a domain name with It was set to renew a couple weeks later. doesn't provide any customer service. They ended telling me to cancel my account. So, I canceled my renewal to take place a couple weeks later. They still, however, charged my card and refused to remove the charge. They claimed the renewal already took place. But, it hadn't! It was not even close to the date of renewal yet.

They owe me a $20 refund on my two domains. Stay away from this company. Do not do business with them.
