RHODE ISLAND -- Don't use these thieves. I ordered 3 bracelets, they charged my Master Card and I never go the items. They charged my card using PayPal. You would think that Paypal would check on who they do business with. I've written them 4 times by e-mail and have never heard a word back.

SC is spot on, if the jade company can't prove delivery then PayPal should charge them back for the sale.

Is this an EBay sale? Forget filing a complaint with Payfraud. File a chargeback with your credit card.
