Cox Communications Inc Complaint - Customer Service - Called For Support
TEMPE, ARIZONA -- This morning I needed to take care of a few changes on my Cox account. To get started...
I am shocked the number of phone numbers they advertise for customer service, but yet only one of them seems to "work". After I was able to contact the automated service, it took me about 5 minutes to go trough the directory to find the right representative to speak to. Then, the most hated phrase: "All of our representatives are busy"!
How many ***** representatives are there? one? because I was on hold for 25 minutes and I would have been there longer if it wasn't for the batteries in my cell died. After I plugged in the phone I tried again.
This time the call ended at 19 minutes of waiting, again no one answered, but somehow someone hangup on me. Again I tried and finally (yeah right!) some answered at 15 minutes of waiting only to redirect me to the "most qualified representative".
I waited for another 24 minutes until I was able to speak with a human. It only took them about 3 minutes to help me. I have to say, I was really upset the first time, but after a while it went from ridiculous to funny.
Cox really, really sucks!
By the way their office located at 2615 S Industrial Park Ave, Tempe, AZ smells like dirty diaper.
