Sears Complaint - Won't Give Information On Bogus Charge
I just spoke with a young man named ****** at Sears Credit Services, Operator ID OB6, who said he was a supervisor at the Southwest Office. He would provide no additional information and said there was no one who supervised him.
I called to question an amount on my Sears Credit Card bill that I did not recognize. ****** and the first person I spoke with said they thought it might be a late charge of $29 approximately, for which I'm being charged 12.83% interest. I informed I don't pay bills late. They said they only have six months of records, but they would send me all the account records. Once I received the records, I could identify where the bogus charge was.
This is unacceptable customer service. ****** suggested I contact the Sears Corporate Office by mail to resolve the issue.
This, I believe, is why Sears is going down the tubes. They don't hire people who know anything or who are interested in resolving customer concerns.
