Nexicor Complaint - Warranty repair - Warranty repair for computers Fraud

I bought my computer from clearance club with an extended warranty from warrantech. This was the company they sent me to for repairs on my computer. They have horrible customer service. I have been trying to get my computer fixed for over 2 months.

Finally, Nexicor called back saying that not only was I not covered by my warranty, but that I owed them a $95 diagnostic fee. They are one of the worst companies to deal with. I would not send your computer back there for repair.

because of humidity... humidity is now considered water damage, which is silly since everyone who brings their computer out on a warm day will have humidity

The company basically said that this is water damage so that they didn't have to pay the $900, which is more than the computer cost.


The company sent my laptop to a repair shop that was not the warranty company itself. They claim that having my computer sent to another company costs $95 to do a diagnostic test to show that my computer is
broken. This is not covered by the warranty and it is therefor my problem.

The company has taken over 2 months to get this far. Then, you have to wait on the phone for long periods of time and hope they return the calls. They are doing everything in their power to deny service that is supposed to be provided.

My experience with Nexicor has been a nightmare. I purchased Extended Warranty for a Laptop through New Egg, an HP Pavillion dV6.

They have had it Four times, twice for 4 weeks. The left click button stopped working and they cannot fix it. They changed the system board twice as well as the Hard Drive(twice) and it is worse than when I sent it to them this last time. Now right click button does not work and there are no preferences any where on the Laptop for the Touchpad. Each time they returned it to me it passed inspection!

I don't think there is anyone honest working in Simi Valley. I am about to dump a $650 Laptop and take the Loss. HP has a great machine, looks good and performs well until there is a problem and there is always a problem. I have had no luck with HP, nobody would acknowledge the problem, they just keep saying give us $326 and we will fix it for you. Like I haven't been trying to get it fixed for six months.
