Ashley Furniture Complaint - Horrible Service - Furniture Delivery
I ordered furniture from Ashley 4 months ago and still have not received it. I was given the run-around by Ashley. The dealer claim that the product would be delivered on the date stated on the receipt. For 5 weeks, the product was not available for pick up from the Ashley warehouse. And when you try to contact someone for service at Ashley, they do not help you at all stating that only the dealer can get information about furniture. So, Ashley gives these false dates, and false information after they have already been paid in full for items and never deliver the product. When you contact them, or go to one of their stores, the refuse to give you any answers stating that you need to have the dealer's account information in order to get help. No dealer is going to give you his account information.
So, basically, Ashley lets you pay for products, and then never deliver. And if the dealer has a "no refund" policy, you will probably never get your furniture. I received a letter from the dealer that he was suing Ashley Furniture, but the dealer is no where to be found. And Ashley will not give any information. Ashley Furniture is the worse I have ever dealt with.
I will NEVER purchase anything form them and I advise that no one else does either. Because, to this day...4 months later, still I have no furniture, nor a refund!
