Verizon Complaint - Verizon is MCI is Bad is Wrong is Rude is Unkind is Vindictive
WELDON SPRING, MISSOURI -- Verizon is a sick fraudulent enterprise. Numerous victims have popped out with their stories.
I suppose I am not surprised to find people with my exact same story.
I received a bill from Verizon AND I HAVE NEVER ORDERED Verizon. Verizon has never come to install any equipment, has been billing me for a phone line and I have never had a phone service with Verizon. I have always had Comcast for phone.
That is outrageous in itself! Then I let them know that this is a serious error (giving them the benefit of the doubt that it was an error) and that I have never had any phone service with anyone but Comcast. The billing stopped, but they did not stop their pursuit for money and I receive further collection activity. I complained to the Better Business Bureau and within a week Verizon double the bill!!
Verizon is seriously messed up morally. It has merged with MCI which was one of the most immoral telecommunication companies in history and the target of many class action suits for slamming people. I was slammed by MCI. MCI representative called, offered less than $0.10 a minute. Received bill two months later for $400. They were charging over $1.00 a minute. I called customer support. The lady said "oh your account had not been set up right. . . but that I still had to pay"
Well that is obviously as immoral as anything in business. . . . until Verizon. Verizon just picks people (perhaps MCI's victims) and sets up a phone account in their name and on the billing list. That is even more immoral than slamming, there is not even a word for that . . . yet. Leave it to companies like MCI and Verizon to do things so immoral and disgusting that new terms have to be coined to capture. How about 'shooting'. I was 'shot' by Verizon. Sounds about right.
