PENSACOLA, FLORIDA -- I don't usually take the time to review my experiences with retail businesses, however, my encounter with an AT&T representative, Lawun Craft, was so positive I felt compelled to write this note. Mrs. Craft was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about AT&T products, services and procedures.
I purchased a Blackberry Bold phone and she took considerable time to advise my wife and myself on the prominent features by demonstrating them and also to set up the phone with features convenient for my specific usage. Mrs. Craft was quite patient with me as I learned the nuances of the new Blackberry.
Anyone with an interest in purchasing a new 3G phone would be well advised to check with the AT&T Mobility Store in Pensacola, Florida, and request the valuable assistance of Lawun Craft.
