A&E Factory Service Informative - An Employee Perspective
I work at A&E I am a 3rd party associate. I schedule the appointments when your appliance is in need of service. Now before you rip me apart and feed me to the sharks. I have only worked there for a month. I so far am not impressed personally on how we treat customers. I feel if the tech for whatever reason doesn't show up at the customers house they should have next day service or scheduled around their schedule. For anyone out there that had that happen and we/a&e didn't help you I strongly apologize.
I can't speak for all the associates but if I were able to do that I would in a heart beat. I know its frustrating to have an appointment scheduled and then they don't show up. I personally wouldn't schedule service with A&E or Sears... which is basically the same thing. They really don't do much for customers, even when its our fault, which is MOST of the time.
I'm not the company but I work for them and I apologize for any/all inconveniences you might have to go through when dealing with this company.
I'm not being paid to write this I just truly feel like everyone should that has had prior service with this company and it was bad should be apologized to, whether it was the tech, the associate, the manager, whoever it might have been that was not kind. I feel like no matter who you are you should be treated with the most respect. I try to treat every customer the way I would want to be treated or the way I would want my mother to be treated.
Again I am truly truly sorry for all the inconveniences you may have had with this company.
