Boyles Distinctive Furniture Complaint - Boyles Has Credit Issues And Cannot Deliver

HICKORY, NORTH CAROLINA -- After waiting 16 weeks for a piece of furniture to be delivered, I called to ask why it was 8weeks past the promised delivery date. I was told by the VP of sales that they were having credit issues with their suppliers. This should not apply to me, since I had already paid. They still could give me a due date and did not seem to be interested in doing anything for me.

It sounds like a company on the way out of business.

At this point you should request a full refund. You waited long enough.
