Thermospa Complaint - Defective liner - hot tub

Review by pez100 on 2009-06-07
We bought a thermospa, even though it was more expensive than the competitor, because we thought it would be the better quality product. The liner blistered. It didn't leak, at first, but the bubbled liner looked like it would break if pressed. The guy who came out to look at it said it was a chemical problem. More blisters appeared and then it started to leak. Several phone calls, email and us mail got no response from thermospa.....until AFTER the warranty expired. Before the warranty expired they would have had to replace the liner. Defective product and terrible service.

There are quite a few complaints about defective liners on these hot tubs. Suing them may be your only recourse.
